I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, and it was super spacious with a great view of the Broads. The bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was well-equipped. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries, which were a nice touch. The room felt airy and clean. really nice for relaxing after a day out. Plus, there was a tall fan provided, which helped a lot. Only downside was the drinks in the bar being pricey, but overall, a solid experience with the room.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The staff were supportive. I needed an early check-in and Susan helped arrange it without any issues. The breakfast selection was satisfactory and catered to my needs. It served as a convenient base for our wedding.
The room I was first assigned had some noise issues. It took some time to resolve this, but eventually, I was placed in a quieter room.

Couple's dream getaway
We stayed in a deluxe double room, and you know what really hit me? That local band was something else on Saturday night, totally unexpected. the staff really went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed at breakfast.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience felt worth it.

Accommodation was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the broad. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially in handling a complaint regarding service. Breakfasts offered excellent variety and quality, but some bathroom fittings were broken, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

We stayed in a deluxe double room with a view and enjoyed the fabulous location right on the Broad. The room had a lovely view, which we appreciated. The bed felt comfortable, and the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. I encountered some inconveniences. The bathroom had issues. the grouting showed signs of mildew and there was a damp stain above the shower. Privacy was also a concern due to a lack of net curtains, making it uncomfortable to have the curtains open. The restaurant service did not meet expectations. We waited quite a while for our dinner on the first night, and the fish and chips were tasteless. Breakfast choices were limited and repetitive. Staff were friendly, which helped, but the decor in the public areas appeared dated, and maintenance could use more attention.
